You searched for: What Have You Found Works Best For Infant Facial Eczema?

My daughter is just 5weeks old and I think she has eczema all over her face, neck, and upper chest. None of my other kids had this.I have read up on it and have some ideas of what to do until we see the doctor next, but was wondering what others’ experiences were with this and worked best.Thank you!

Eczema is a sign of an allergy. At 5 weeks it’s likely dairy. If you eliminate the allergen the eczema will go away. If you continue to expose your child to the allergen you can put all the cream on there you want and it will just keep coming back. It can lead to asthma in the long run too. Please talk to your doctor about it. http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/diseases_…

Try Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema cream. It works wonderful even if it isn’t eczema. My boyfriend has it and works on him too. I have found it at Target and Walgreens. It may not look exactly the same because they recently changed the packaging, but the name is the same. http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j…

While there are several treatment options for eczema such as healing products made from the pure essential oils extracted from plants and applied topically to relieve eczema symptoms, for your young infants however, treatments from http://www.skinoriginal.com/eczema.htm will help them a lot to get rid of eczema quickly and safely.

  8. My second daughter has eczema on her face too. I put this cream on her two to three times a day and it does go away within a day or two. Unfortunately it does comes and goes, so every now and then I have to put it on her when the eczema comes back.
Try this brand “EGO” QV Intensive.
If it’s very bad eczema, you will have to take her to see a specialist.
Hope the QV will help your daughter too. Good luck.
