Okay, so my skin isn’t absolutely terrible, but it certainly isn’t beautiful like I want it to be. I have a couple blemishes here and there, but deal with a couple scars that make it look worse. The scars are on the top of the skin, so they’re not pitted or anything, but it makes my skin look worse.
So.. my question is:
Is there any vitamins that make me not have any acne. And improve the scars??
I’ve just started taking omega-3, and vitamin e.
And, I use the clinique 3 step skincare.
I just want to be completely blemish free. < That's my main concern.

    If you do not have significant oily skin, try getting vitamin e oil and after you get out of the shower rub your face (focus on your t-zone and blemishes) with it and then let it soak in for few minutes, them wash it off with a plain soap. This will build up the vitamin directly in your skin and really gives you a healthy and glowy complexion.
    I also always highly recommend acne free, especially their terminator 10 product. It is very strong, but works immediately, and within a day your blemish will be gone is you use it correctly.
    Additionally, once a month try applying honey to your face. This will completely even up your skin type to perfect, and helps keep your complexion fresh.

    I had the same problem as you. I had a few blemishes and scars on my face. So, I searched around on the net and saw that vitamin E is really good for the skin. And I bought almond oil(that is packed with vitamin E), and put it on my face a few times a week, just to check how my skin reacts.
    The blemishes began to vanish quickly. So, you can try anything with alot of vitamin E, like eating almonds (which I also did this summer).
