I am a 21 (as of august) m-t-f transsexual, I have been on 2 patches of 0.1 Climara/week ( but im too poor to afford the name brand patches out of pocket as of yet so I got the generic, and yes they suck and fall off easily) and I didn’t start them till about.. November..

Not the best, and yes I do need to get some ambi skincare lotion.. I have hyper pigmentation all over~ I’ve.
So far I’ve noticed little lumps under my areola.. my nipples feel very different.. and the shape is semi different around the nipple area.. it’s as if the nipples themselves have inflated.. (I don’t plan to get implants either.. I rather have small breast, I just want curves and ridance of the annoying genital)
