First off, no one is too “young” to go to the dermatoligist. My daughter went to the dermatoligist when she was 6 months. So who ever told ya that is full of it. But since your ance is not to bad then you can do the following.
Secondly, Proactive is not a one-size fits all solution despite what the marketing suggests & doesn’t work for all people. Plus it’s expensive. Don’t believe all the hype on it. It is a commercially made line of detergents and chemicals. Since your skin is natural you need natural products.
Things to do to help oily face, pimples, blackhead & the such….
1.) Don’t ever pick/pop them… If you must pop them wait till they have a head and use cotton balls. Popping causes the oil & bacteria to go to near by spots and cause more pimples
2.) Wash your face twice a day. Morning and before you get to bed.
3.) Do not over wash your face.
4.) Get a natural soap that contains Tea Tree EO. I get mine at:http://www.itsyoursoap.com/index.php?mai…
Tea Tree EO kills all the nasty bacterias that causes pimples. A plus this soap doesn’t smell girly. Smells like peppermint and cools the skin.
5.) Also get an astringent. But use it only every other day because you do not want to send the oil producing pores into overdrive.
If you follow these things for a few weeks your skin will look great
Just remember this dry skin looks old and worn. You face needs a little oil to look youthful.

I spent an hour in the pool and it made the little trace of pimples i was starting to get disapear
also i know it sounds weird but try using rice water
thats the smokey water you get when you like rince rice in a bowl
it may dry your skin out a bit the first time but after that its fine
try doing that to your skin like 2times a day: rincing your face with fresh rice water or using a oil free soap and using the ricewater to rince

  3. You should try Arbonne Clear Advantage….you can get it Wholesale for about $55.00 delivered.
It includes a Wash, Toner, Lotion, and a Vitamin Supplement. They also throw in a free eye cream. You could use it or give it to someone like your mom.

Go to Asian Market, cook the peeled ‘Green Bean’, boil to make bean soup, then add ‘Black Suger’, mix together, eat soup one bowl for at least 10 days.
Also put the soup liquid on face at least 20 minutes, gently massage before you go to bed.
During this time, avoid any fried food or greasy foods, including salad dressing.
Trust me, your acne will disappear!
    Good luck!

First, you’re never too young to see a dermatologist.
You might try the newest acne regimen from the creators of Proactiv. It’s the only thing that worked for my teen daughter. She found others too harsh or not at all effective.

if the aveeno daily face scrub worked, then use it then an acne clearing moisturizer after. I use sensi clear at http://www.sensiclear.com . It works pretty well. Also exercise a lot to clean out your pores and drink loads of water. Your never too young to go go the dermatologist though.

I use Clean & clear maximum strength invisible acne treatment. If you aply it in the morning, lunchtime, and at night, it should go away in a couple of days! AND it’s invisible. put it on every blemish and they will disapear!

I have bad acne myself and went to the dermatologist a few months ago. I got perscriptions for it but she also said that the sun and the chlorine from pools would help acne, and acne scars, to go away faster.

The tricky part about acne is that the problem can actually become worse if you overmedicate. That’s because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing a boost in your skin’s Sebum (oil) production. This results in…you guessed it – more acne.
So what’s the long term solution? Find gentler solutions or even natural acne cures that won’t shock your body into more breakouts. Here’s what I recommend:
    - Use a glycerin based facewash. Glycerin is gentler and will balance the ph levels in your skin.
    - For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry, switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to counterbalance the effect.
    - Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently pat dry with a towel.
    - Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based face wash drys you out too much.
    - Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid excess sugar intake.
    - If acne medication isn’t working or causing new breakouts, try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed. This natural remedy works great.
    - One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an “oatmeal mask”. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.

The absolute best thing that I can recommend is lemon juice. You simply put lemon juice on your face, especially the acne prone areas, and leave it on for a bit. (I use my hands to put it on) It works both preventively and after you get it. It’s very effective, and it’s cheap and easy. I will warn you though, it can sting. If you have a lot of cuts or anything on your face, I recommend you try a little bit on your face, and if it hurts a lot, dilute the juice with a little bit of water, and you can use a bit more over time.
I use lemon juice on myself whenever I have an acne problem. Mine is not horrible, but I do have some breakouts, and it’s hard to stop myself from picking at it. The lemon juice helped tremendously. I only really get acne now when I run out of lemon juice. ^.^
You can also drink the lemon juice, especially as a preventative measure, when you aren’t near break out time. It helps the skin in general. When applying it topically, you can either leave it on all night, or take it off sooner, although it’s more effective over night. It stops stinging after the first five seconds unless you have very very sensitive skin (I’ve heard anyway), so it just feels a bit weird, not bad. Also, it can turn pimples bright red for about half an hour, so don’t put it on right before going somewhere, it works better before bed.
it also helps with acne scars.
    Best of luck ^.^
