Skin Care Products

I have a mild case of acne on my chin, I would like to know if anyone knows a good product OR home remedy, im 13 and I have REALLY sensitive skin and seriously REALLY sensitive it’s horrible because most products make me come out in embarrassing rashes. It’s horrible! I would really like something that would work quickly any ideas? thanks =]

australian gold , mainly produces tanning bed lotions , but they also carry a skin care line , i would like to know if i could purchase it locally instead of just on the internet ?
