People say that drinking plenty of water instead of sugary drinks will help acne. But does anyone have any personal experience that proves it?
Hi guys. I am 16-year-old guy. I am starting to see pimples/acne on my face nowadays, and that really annoys me, seriously. Sometimes, I don’t see a pimple on my face for a day or two, but then the big red area on my skin starts to appear, and in one day, it becomes a big pimple… that hurts and doesn’t look good…Err.
I’ve searched on google for useful tips, and I realized that gently washing your face twice a day and drinking a lot of water can really help…
Is this true?
And I would appreciate if you can share any information you have regarding this topic.
Thanks for your input.

I read somewhere that people who drink more than two servings of milk a day (particularly skimmed) are around 44% more likely to have an acne problem than those who drink less or none at all.
Any opinions or personal experiences of cutting out milk/dairy products?

If you don’t drink a lot of water, nothing really will happen except a little dry skin, but if you drink a lot of water you will be glowing.
