I only want to use natural skincare, but I can’t find a natural lotion of any kind thats heavy enough for my chaffed hands and feet. Although my hands don’t peel they are always taught and not supple (I’m 15 I should have nice hands), and being a dancer my feet are almost comedic in their dryness. Anything I could do to help this?

They say that these can be minimized by applying moisturizer and anti-aging solutions? Which one can you recommend?

My feet itch very badly at night on the bottoms, mainly in the arch area. They also randomly start itching like this early in the morning too (7 am-9am) I have no visible changes in my feet, no rashes or anything and I haven’t been using any new skincare products. I wear flip flops 98% of the time. Sometimes applying foot lotion helps, sometimes it doesn’t. Any idea what this may be caused by?

I’m 28 and I am not showing any signs of wrinkles or crows feet, but I think I should start to use creams or facewash to prevent (at least for now) lines, crows feet etc. Right now, my routine is very basic. I wash my face with clean and clear deep action cream cleanser, but I don’t use any face cream. I don’t really wear make-up either. Any suggestions?

A friend has asked me to source a really good cream to stop her heels from cracking from the dry skin she suffers from. I have researched a lot of creams but a lot of them seem to have ‘Urea’ in them (And we all know what that is!).
Is there a cream out there that people have tried and tested and can recommend – I don’t want to insult her by getting a cream with pee in it….
Only sensible answers please – appreciate it!

No matter how much I cream them, they always split and crack and become sore to walk on.
