I also used to wonder what was in some of the teas I drink occasionally. Since I struggle with acne for the last 6 years would these teas help clean me out internal and help reduce my stress?
Green Tea
Chamomile Tea
Peppermint Tea?
And if you have other suggestions, please do say them!

Omg, America is like the fattest country in the world…. the riches… also the fattest?! America needs to stop eating so much junk and eating “low calorie” foods, because you are still eating the junk…
*green tea helps to loose weight
*so does sleeping
* eating more(makes metabolism speed up…but not junk food)
Also… America has a lot of pimple/face problems
*Witch hazel (toner) helps to reduce the appearance of large pores
* “Collective wellbeing” a natural skincare line takes away pimples better than anything ( + it’s organic)
* “KISS MY FACE” lotion called “Chinese botanicals” softens skin and HEALS (it’s organic)
* Honey masks reduce the redness of pimples
* getting steam on your face will help open pores
*Scrub helps to take off dead skin and make room for new skin
*DRY BRUSHING/loofa/boar brush, will help detox skin. It will take off all of the toxins which make your skin their home every day. It will help to get rid of ingrown hair and more.
bye bye!

I’ve been very good about keeping my black and whiteheads at bay, but I’m always plagued by a few deep nodules. I don’t have the ability to afford prescription drugs, so I’m curious if there is any other methods of over-the-counter treatment.
I’m an Asian-American male in his mid-twenties, prone to hyperpigmentation, and in love with his SPF face lotion.
Please no B.Peroxide / Salicylic acid, “clean your bedding,” type of suggestions. I have good physical and dietary habits, and am very aware of the appropriate Ph level for skincare.
Thank you!

What I mean is, I’ve heard that if you have acne in a specific spot or spots on your face (like on your chin, near your ears, etc), it can indicate some sort of health deficiency. Does anyone know anything about this?

I’m a male and have been growing out my hair for Locks of Love. In recent months, my scalp and hair hasn’t felt good at all. My head gets itchy and real sensitive, especially when I pull back my hair to tie it (which is always). I’ve noticed great amounts strands being combed out and my scalp showing through, too much so. Being a guy, I have to admit, I don’t take super care of my hair like the ladies do. I also have to admit, I don’t get enough of the healthiest foods and vitamins.
Can a healthy diet be the start of reclaiming healthy hair growth? And what should I get enough of and from what?

Yes. I don’t check for the organic seal, but I do use natural and non toxic beauty products. I also avoid Sodium Laurel Sulfate, which technically is natural, derived from palm, but it not good for the skin and is responsible for rain forest destruction.
I use the skin deep cosmetics data base to research which known and suspected hazards are in various products.
