The person no 1: smokes (cigarettes, a box a day), has a glass of red wine every evening, eats healthy, gets vitamin supplements, exercises and walks a lot, gets lots of sleep, thinks positively, takes care of his/her skin, body and mental health.
The person no 2: doesn’t smoke, doesn’t drink alcohol, not enough sleep really, sits in front of the computer the whole day, than sits on the couch in front of tv the whole evening eating junk food. No exercise, rarely a good chat with a friend, doesn’t care about skincare or body, thinks positively too.
I know that none of these are perfect, nobody is anyway, but what lifestyle seems healthier to you? Tell me you reasons if you can!

my hair is really frizzy, thin, and pretty damaged. i have bleached my hair a lot and made it really unhealthy. also i used to straighten my hair everyday, but now i only straighten it when i need to. so my question is… what can i do to make my hair healthier, shiner and possibly thicker? any home remedies or products?
thanks in advance :)

I currently have shoulder length hair with a fringe (bangs) and choppy layers.
I want to grow my hair quite long, maybe halfway down my back. I would keep the fringe and put layers in it again.
Is there any way I make sure my hair grows healthy?
Maybe even quicker? I love the thought of having really long hair again, I guess I am just impatient.

I used to have pin straight black hair that was long and so shiny. But after years my hair has now become medium/reddish brown(probably due to the sun) and after I wash it dries frizzy and messy. I have ironed my hair more than for my own good, i know that but I really want to restore the hair to its prior healthy quality. How can I do this? What products (non-expensive) do you recommend? Or maybe some home remmedies?

I have thin hair that is naturally straight but gets wavy(not naturaly waves, just waves from from where my hair is layered) I use Shampoo and Conditioner to make my hair healthy(Redken Extreme) and wash my hair every other day. I like to straighten my hair and I use Kenra hair serum before i straighten to prevent damage. I want to grow my hair long but i would like some expert advice on how to make my hair healthy from the foods I eat. What kind of foods would be good for this?

I ask because it has happened to some friends and I’ve heard that when switching to something that doesn’t have artificial chemicals and animal fats in it, the skin care product can actually “detox” your skin causing it to break out. But if you stick with it, supposedly it will clear up and be better than ever. Do you have any research that could back or disprove this claim? Please give me a why, not just yes or no type answers. Thanks!

I’m in my teen years, so i have oily skin. I have the oily skin most teens have, but my skin is sensitive, so i guess it gets irritated much easier and makes it look unhealthy. I just want to know some things to do to make it look healthier. I already use the Clean & Clear facial scrub
